    Engine complying with CFR structure

    • CFR-specification diesel engine at the heart of the instrument: 82.55 mm cast iron cylinder, 114.30 mm piston stroke and 8:1 – 36:1 compression ratio range
    • CFR-48 standard crankcase with 5 gears, 2 balance modules and a large-capacity oil lubrication system
    • Engine mounted on the right side with the turning check system at the front, consistent with the layout specified in ASTM D613 and GB/T 386
    • CR adjusting handwheel located at the front of the engine (90° to the engine), with automatic adjustment and a prompt to remove carbon deposits
    • Cylinder head, cylinder block, piston, CR plug, injector nozzle and other major mechanical components designed and manufactured to international standards

    • Automatic CR adjustment, automatic switching of fuel bowls and automatic flushing of fuel pipelines; the complete test runs with a single button

    Precise control system

    • Integrated control module monitors working conditions in real time and raises an alarm in abnormal situations
    • Powerful cooled water circulator connected to and controlled by the host computer, with real-time display of cooling water temperature
    • Laser micrometer system reads the handwheel and delivers test results directly, with no manual reading or calculation
    • Fuel flow controlled by automatic photoelectric measurement, with the flow rate adjusted automatically by computer
    • Two-stage oil filtering and cooling for long-term stable operation

    Comprehensive safety protection

    • Integrated high-precision torque sensor detects the propulsion torque of the variable CR plug, reflecting combustion chamber carbon deposition in real time
    • Built-in WIFI lets the operator monitor and query data remotely
    • Negative-pressure sensor displays engine operating pressure in real time
    • Automatic overload protection for compression ratio adjustment
    • Start-up time and accumulated test time are recorded automatically
